    Application form for active participants

    • The application deadline is 1st December, 2016.
    • After you submit the complete application form, please follow the link to submit application fee on Paypal. The non-refundable application fee of 3600 NTD will complete the application process. 
    • Once application and pre-screening youtube video is submitted, the panel of faculty judges will review all the performances, and announce 30 active participants for the festival no later then 1st January of 2017.
    • After successfully being chosen as the active participants of the festival, each participant will receive bank transfer information for the tuition. The tuition will be 36,000 NTD.  If active participants wish to stay on campus, there will be an additional fee for the accommodation of 10,000 NTD.
    • The active participants will receive six 45-minute lessons from each professor, and perform in one of the Promising Star Concerts. If active participants decides to take part in the competition, the 15 minutes of their performance in the Promising Star Concerts will be judged.
    • The 1st prize winner from the competition will be granted a performance engagement to play one piano concerto with the Taipei Philharmonic Youth Orchestra at the National Concert Hall (2064 seats) in 2018/2019 season.
    • The active participants will also be granted one entrance ticket for the All Star Faculty Concert on 15th February, 2017 at the National Recital Hall, Taipei.
    • If you wish to register as passive auditors, please fill in the passive auditor registration form from the menu.
    • Parents are welcome to accompany their children in the residence hall, and may freely attend applied lessons of their children. Students 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent in the residence hall for the festival's duration.
